Sails Noosa is a beachfront restaurant overlooking Noosa Main Beach and Laguna Bay, established in 1994. Executive Chef Paul Leete has led the kitchen since 1997, building menus around premium seasonal produce from the Sunshine Coast and other Australian regions. The cooking follows a modern Australian direction, with the quality and provenance of ingredients kept at the centre of the meal. Wine is equally significant: three working cellars hold an extensive collection. The restaurant opens from midday daily, with a separate wine bar operating in the evening and a coffee cart in the morning. Panoramic beach views make Sails especially suited to long lunches, celebrations and weddings, while the food and cellar give the venue substance beyond its location. A private wine-bar space is available for smaller events, adding a more intimate option alongside the main beachfront dining room.
