OUR STORY

POMPEISBONDI
Two very special but uniquely different places
are the inspiration behind Pompei’s.
We’re Bondi made Italian.

They say there’s two sides to every story - so stay a while and
hear ours. We might be from Cortina, but we’ve made this
place our home? And both places de?ne us?
The spectacular rustic beauty of Cortina perched high
in the Alps of northern Italy underpins everything we do.
And the eclectic cool chic of the world’s most famous beach
shapes how we do it.
Just as the dramatic vertical pale peaks of the Dolomites
contrasts with the cosmopolitan marine landscapes of
Bondi, our faith in traditional artisanal hand-crafting
cooking contrasts with our creativity and innovation to
produce delicately balanced healthy dishes.
It’s our tradition in evolution, continuing our journey guided
by fond memories of my mother’s Italian home cooking.
