Sleeps 8 comfortably ~ 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cosy living area with wood fire.  A large sun filled deck leads onto a spacious backyard with large grass area is safe for children to play. Minutes from Rosebud, McCrae and Blairgowrie beaches, Peninsula Hot Springs, Golf Courses, Wineries and Breweries.

Our Jetty Road Beach House has been fully renovated, freshly painted and decked out with brand new beds, linen and a fully fitted kitchen.

• French doors from the main deck allow you access to our open plan living dining zone. A cosy couch, dining table and wood fire coonara ensure this home is perfect for winter getaways and summer nights.  
• The lounge and dining zone has a natural timber 6 - 8 seater dining table with 1 side bench plus a large 3 seater couch with 55" Smart TV.  
• For summer nights, our large split system provides for cooling all year round (and extra heating on those cooler evenings).
• Our fully equipped kitchen has brand new cookware, plates and cutlery plus wine glasses, coffee machine and toaster and everything you need to help you settle in fast!  
• A double french door fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, plus gas cooktop and oven ensure you can prepare all meals or why not sit back and get take away. A few minutes walk to Waterfall Gully shops offers you a range of cafes and venues for quick snacks, drinks and last minute necessities from the local general store.
• You might find yourself on the sun filled deck listening to music, watching the sunset and having a few drinks or sitting around the fire pit whilst the kids play on the lawn.

Bedroom 1: 
The master bedroom boasts french doors to the sun filled deck.  It offers a brand new queen size bed, large robes plus private ensuite with toilet and double shower.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom offers another brand new queen size bed with large robes and lots of natural light. 

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom has two large sturdy bunks allowing for sleeping up to 4 adults/kids. The room offers wardrobes and large windows with views of the front garden.  Both bedroom 2 and 3 share a spacious bathroom equipped with a bath/shower and large vanity.

Laundry facilities are available including a washing machine, dryer and portable clothesline. 
Our property provides new bedding, linen and fresh towels for each stay. All cleaning products included. Any questions? Please ask.
