Description

Perspective Dining is a modern tasting menu restaurant in the base of the heritage-listed TC Beirne Building in Fortitude Valley, led by chef Andrew McCrea. The intimate closed-door space seats up to 24 guests, including a 12-seat chef's table, offering plant-based and protein-led menus from five to nine courses using locally sourced produce. Perspective Dining also runs a share-style lunch and a high tea experience through its sister space, The Eucalyptus Room.
