Nikaido is a Japanese yakiniku restaurant located within the Adina Hotel in Mascot, offering both all-you-can-eat and à la carte dining. The menu spans high-grade Wagyu through to Australian beef, enhanced with house miso and salted sauces, alongside sushi, sashimi and tempura side dishes and a small selection of izakaya-style plates.
