Osaka Trading Co. is a modern Japanese restaurant and bar in the Tramsheds food precinct in Forest Lodge, from the owner-operators of Surry Hills bar Tokyo Bird. The menu focuses on ramen and donburi rice bowls at lunch, expanding to a larger izakaya-style à la carte offering for dinner, alongside house cocktails, sake and Japanese and Scotch whiskies. Osaka Trading Co. also stocks retail Japanese ceramics and barware and runs whisky tasting and cocktail classes.
