Jazushi has run on Devonshire Street in Surry Hills for more than two decades, celebrating 20 years in September 2023 under the continued direction of restaurateur Yuki Ishikawa. The venue combines refined Japanese fusion cuisine with professional service and live jazz entertainment several nights a week, a rare pairing that's made it something of a Sydney secret among live music dining spots.
