Set opposite Woolworths on Etherden Walk, the fully licensed restaurant serves a menu spanning delicate sushi and sashimi, grilled yakitori, warming ramen and traditional small plates, alongside a well-regarded sukiyaki hot pot featuring marbled wagyu beef, seasonal vegetables and a rich soy, sugar and mirin broth. Orders are placed via iPad at each table, a system diners have noted makes for an easy, interactive experience, particularly for larger groups.
