Hachioji Crows Nest grew out of Hachioji Willoughby, previously the only dedicated omakase restaurant in the Willoughby area, expanding the concept to a larger Crows Nest site on Willoughby Road. Walk-ins are welcome for the à la carte menu, capped at a two-hour seating, with fresh seasonal seafood served alongside a broad range of sakes to match. On Friday and Saturday nights, an omakase menu is available by reservation only, curated around high-quality seasonal fish, with upbeat music keeping the atmosphere lively.
