Afghan Marcopolo

Our story starts with the love for Afghan food 36 years ago, our story started with one family who moved with their 4 children from Afghanistan to Australia – Mr. & Mrs. Shakoor decided to share their legacy and amazing cooking with the local Afghan community at social gatherings. It didn’t take long until the Afghan Marcopolo Restaurant was found, 11 years later, in Frankston, after locals started loving the Afghan food that we have been serving for over 3 years at the Mornington Australia Day festivals. People could now enjoy a lovely Afghan place that offered delicious traditional dishes, charming decor and a glimpse of the Afghan culture.
