Yakamoz Mediterranean draws on the food traditions of the Mediterranean and Aegean from its Lygon Street home in Brunswick East. The family behind the restaurant previously built its hospitality experience through festival catering and Halikarnas, and Yakamoz broadens that background into a menu that moves across regional boundaries rather than staying with one national cuisine. Meze, char-grilled meats and seafood are natural reference points, alongside dishes developed by the kitchen itself. Dinner is the main service, with Sunday lunch adding a daytime option, and the dining room can seat functions of up to 50 guests.
