Mani is a modern Chinese restaurant at the new Sydney Fish Market in Glebe, having relocated from Milsons Point in 2026. At its original Milsons Point site, the restaurant earned an Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hat. Head Chef Yuri draws on Shanghainese and Zhejiang cooking traditions, pairing the day's catch from the market with native Australian ingredients such as saltbush, finger lime and macadamia. The menu also carries influences from Cantonese cooking. Mani is located within the fish market building at Shop E2/1 Bridge Road.
