Description

La Spiaggia is a family-run Italian restaurant at 248 Coogee Bay Road in Coogee, established in 1993. Nick and Teresa Lombardo took over the restaurant in 1997 after earlier operating other Sydney restaurants, and their son Maurizio now manages the day-to-day venue, menus, wine list and bookings. The family's Calabrian heritage remains central to the restaurant's Italian food identity. The Coogee venue remains closely tied to the Lombardo family's restaurant history.
