Ecco Ristorante has operated for more than 30 years above the Drummoyne Sailing Club, giving it one of the more distinctive settings among Sydney's Italian restaurants, with expansive views across the harbour back to the city skyline. Run by owners Claudio and Carmel, the kitchen turns out modern Italian dishes with a focus on fresh, locally caught seafood, including yellowfin tuna crudo, tiger prawn calamari fritti and an 800-gram Riverine T-bone finished with charred lemon, alongside classics like tiramisu. The restaurant specialises in à la carte dining as well as weddings, cocktail functions and corporate events, with private rooms available for larger celebrations.
