Curly Lewis Brewing Co. was founded by a group of friends, Adam Richards, Oliver dos Remedios, Gareth Morton, Loren Morton and head brewer Scotty Morgan, to bring the eastern suburbs its first genuine brewery experience directly across from Bondi Beach. Every beer is brewed on site, led by core range Clean Cut Lager and Bondi Hazy Ale, poured across 20 taps alongside rotating wildcard releases such as a salty gose, red IPA and coffee stout. The food menu is built around classic coastal pub dishes, with meat sourced from local butcher Field to Fork, alongside a selection of mostly Australian independent wines, spirits and cocktails. Outdoor seating for 50 looks out over the beach, with a further 100 seats inside, and the venue runs weekly food deals and a daily happy hour on weekdays.
