Chuck & Son's Brewing Co. is the independent Sydney brewery founded by Chuck Hahn, whose five-decade career includes founding Hahn Brewery and helping build James Squire and Malt Shovel Brewery, alongside his son Scott. Their Tap Room in St Peters is fully electric, dog-friendly and family-friendly, with room for up to 100 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces, including a sunny balcony home to a permanent food truck, Chuck's Kitchen, serving an American-style menu built for pairing with beer. On tap, the core range spans pilsners, pale ales, ambers and radlers, alongside rotating special releases and experimental brews. The venue's fit-out reflects a focus on sustainability, incorporating reclaimed corrugated iron from a Hunter Valley winery and salvaged timber from Pymble Golf Course. Wine and cocktails are also available for those not drinking beer.
