Eazy Peazy opened in 2019 on Swan Street in Richmond, designed by Sue Carr to bring together the calm of Kyoto's rolling hills with the buzz of Tokyo's downtown bar scene, expressed through soft sand-art installations and layered lighting. The informal izakaya-style menu centres on a charcoal hibachi grill, with yakitori, kushiyaki and other share plates designed for a table of friends, complemented by Japanese-inspired cocktails, sake from across the country's regions, and local and Japanese beers. A daily happy hour runs from 5pm to 6pm, alongside set FEED ME menus for lunch and dinner and a dedicated corporate lunch offering for client meetings and team catch-ups. Just a short walk from the MCG, Rod Laver Arena and AAMI Park, Eazy Peazy is a natural pre-event stop as much as a destination dinner in its own right.
