Anada runs an Andalusian-inspired tapas and wine bar from Gertrude Street in Fitzroy, founded in 2008. The menu draws on the food of southern Spain and the wider Mediterranean, running to share plates, paella and cured jamon, paired with an extensive Spanish wine and sherry list. Wednesday nights bring date-night specials with mid-week BYO wine options. The kitchen serves daily from five in the evening until half past eight, with weekend lunch service added from midday to half past two on Saturday and Sunday. The bar trades Monday to Friday from five until late, and from midday on weekends. Functions can be customised for seated groups up to fifty in the heated courtyard, with the space also available for private hire.
