All Things Equal runs as a social enterprise cafe on Carlisle Street in Balaclava, providing purposeful training and award-wage hospitality employment for people with disability. Its Employment Pathway Program runs across three stages: a Pre-Employment Program where trainees build hospitality skills in a professional setting, an Employment Program where they move into award-wage roles, and a Transition to Employment Program supporting trainees into new roles elsewhere. The menu runs to breakfast and lunch dishes such as a quinoa brekky bowl topped with stewed rhubarb, berries and pomegranate, and a veggie burrito filled with spiced lentils, quinoa and corn, alongside muffins and coffee. Catering and events are also available. The cafe trades Sunday to Friday from half past six in the morning to half past three in the afternoon, closed on Saturdays.
