Chat Thai's Chatswood restaurant runs from The Mix inside Chatswood Place on Victoria Avenue, one of several Sydney locations under founder Amy Chanta's group, now led by her daughter Palisa Anderson. The kitchen draws on organic vegetables, herbs and honey grown on the family's own Boon Luck Farm in Byron Bay, served alongside authentic Isaan and Bangkok street-style dishes. Trading runs Monday to Friday for lunch from eleven to three and dinner from half past four, Saturday to half past nine, and Sunday lunch until half past three.
