Description

Cape Schanck Olive Estate is a family-owned olive grove on Patterson Road, on the southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. Established in 2006, the grove grows five varieties: Italian Frantoio, Coratina and Leccino, French Picholine and Spanish Picual, each producing a distinct single-varietal extra virgin olive oil. Olives are harvested and pressed within hours on site using a continuous-process Alfa Laval press.
