Bodega Underground runs a late-night mezcal bar and taqueria below Little Bourke Street, in Melbourne's Chinatown precinct, with every tortilla made from scratch by hand. A large mezcal and tequila range anchors the drinks list alongside Mexican cocktails. Weekend bottomless brunch runs from half past eleven, and a gluten-free late-night supper menu is available after midnight, with dishes such as a palomo and street corn or mezcal negroni and fried chicken.
