Blowfish runs a two-level, 150-seat seafood and steak restaurant on Oracle Boulevard in Broadbeach, opened by Steven and Autumn Adams, the team behind Moo Moo Wine Bar + Grill in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. The kitchen sources oysters from leases including Stradbroke Island, Coffs Harbour Eastern Rock Lobster and a whole sole deboned tableside, alongside the group's steakhouse grilling credentials carried over from Moo Moo. Downstairs runs in sea green and pearly white tones with sun-bleached timber, while an upstairs private dining room takes on darker, ocean-depth colours for a more intimate setting away from the main floor. Trading covers lunch and dinner daily, and the venue also hosts private events across both levels. Smart casual dress applies throughout the restaurant.
